EasyFelt wool

This is a special type of wool from the merino family.
100% merino wool, but a type that felts very quickly.
Most merinos no longer felt as quickly as they used to, largely due to breed refinement.
This type is 26 microns thick.
Once processed into knitted fabric, crochet, or anything else, you can felt it very quickly with a suitable felt soap.
Be careful with the type of soap you use for felting, as it is very important for the quality of your felting.
So do some internet research.
A Marseille soap-like soap is excellentfor not saying more preferential
the older types of soaps are more agressive and beter for the proces of felting
And there are several other types that are suitable for this.

be carfull please if you use " normal " modern soaps they wil felt aswell but only minimal effect
and you can afterwards never again felt e bit more
once the initla felting is doen it is done  no adding possible
well that is not complelty correct but keep in mind it is almost not possible or you need
to be a felting super king or queen to achief this extra after felting
so consider it not possible

For those who want to experiment with origami textiles, i.e.,
with pleats and folds and three-dimensional textile constructions
in both weaving and knitting, this is a great natural alternative.

Example in weaving:
Change chains alternately in 2cm bands in a non-feltable wool or Another yarn
together with this super feltable type
and repeat the same in weft.
After felting, you have a play of felt and not felt.
And now comes the important thing: ATTENTION!
Felting ALWAYS shrinks the felted structure a bit.
The amount of shrinkage depends on your structure,
the length of the floats,
the type of other yarns you used,
whether or not there's a clump in your water,
and many other factors as well.
So, a test piece is recommended.
But to go further, you can use that shrinkage to play with the movement,
change, and shaping of your fabric.
In other words, to achieve an origami structure.
